EUC Senior Engineer (Contractor at Exscientia AI Limited / Recursion)Currently contracting with Exscientia AI Limited / Recursion, I deliver high-level, proactive EUC support to senior leadership while managing critical technical operations in a complex and security-driven pharmaceutical environment.I serve as the primary escalation point for the Service Desk, overseeing a fleet of 120+ Windows 10/11 machines. My role includes full lifecycle support—application packaging via SCCM, device management through Intune, and infrastructure builds using VMware and AWS. I handle vulnerability management with Tenable, ensuring systems are patched, secure, and compliant.I administer and scale Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, support Azure Active Directory, Entra ID, and deploy efficient AutoPilot builds in collaboration with the Service Desk. My scripting work with PowerShell automates tasks and enforces consistent configurations across the estate.Security and business continuity are critical, so I implement conditional access policies, monitor environments using Defender, and manage backup/recovery using DataBarracks and Commvault.
