ABOUT CHRIS HILL

Chris Hill is an experienced business leader with a strong technical focus in the design-build engineering & construction fields of historic restoration, concrete strengthening & repair. With a mind for team building, organizational growth, and the psychology of leadership; he has steadily moved between roles, responsibilities, locations, and cultures while being able to immediately contribute to any team that he has been a part of.Chris proved himself as a flexible and reliable executive during the business start-up and first international foray of the largest concrete repair company in the United States. Having spent nearly a decade in the Middle East, he has developed an appreciation for being able to analyze opportunities from multiple perspectives, and further develop the most effective results within the context of both a budding growth organization and an established market leader.Having developed from a Field Management role, through Project Management & Controls, Estimating & Sales, Divisional Leadership, Branch Leadership (with ownership of P&L), and as a Subject Matter Expert – Chris has been able to experience the full gambit of challenges within an organization and takes a well-rounded approach to critical decision making with a focus on long term value, sustainability, and responsibility to the market.
