An experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of leading Public Companies in both the technology and mining & metals industries. A Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Professional Accountant who began his career in International Taxation with Deloitte. From the dawn of the PC to the boom of the Internet, Mr. Frostad spent 15 years developing and building of a variety of high growth, early stage, public and private technology companies.In 2003, Mr. Frostad moved into the mining and resource sector founding, and taking public Purepoint Uranium Group Inc, an exploration company operating 12 projects in Saskatchewan Canada, 2 of which are in partnership with global producers Cameco and Orano. He was also President and CEO of Minera Alamos Inc, a public company developing gold projects in Mexico.
