As a Partner at IBM Consulting, I have held a series of senior leadership and client leadership roles, shaping strategy, driving revenue growth and leading large-scale transformation initiatives.As Hybrid Cloud Services Leader UK & Ireland, I led IBM Consulting’s Hybrid Cloud Services business, responsible for the strategic growth and development of our portfolio across advisory services, platform services, and application migration/build/test/management services. In parallel, I assumed interim leadership of the Cybersecurity Services Business Unit, holding P&L responsibility for integrating and scaling the portfolio repositioned from IBM Technology into IBM Consulting.As Performance & Transformation Leader UK & Ireland, I led a large-scale transformation programme across 10 workstreams—covering culture, operating model, client leadership, skills, practice building, sales strategy, branding, partnerships, acquisitions and delivery. This included establishing the UKI Strategic Partner Organisation and creating the Experiential Selling Team.Earlier, as Industrial Sector Strategic Engagement Leader, I led a high-performing team of strategic sales leaders, driving business growth and digital transformation in key industries including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Infrastructure, Automotive and Defence. I also served as People Partner for over 3,500 practitioners and was a member of the IBM Black Executive Committee and Executive Sponsor of the Black Employee Network.
