With over 30 year’s experience, Chris is a strong, resourceful, professional project manager with excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills. He enjoys working under pressure and to tight timescales & budgets. He has successfully delivered many web based and bespoke software full lifecycle projects within the Communications, IT, Central & Local Government, NHS, Finance, and Manufacturing sectors for both internal customers and external clients. Throughout his career Chris has utilised many standard & bespoked project management methodologies such as BS6079, PRINCE II and more recently Agile and SCRUM. He has been a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner and a member of the Association of Project Managers since During 2002 he also became a qualified member of the ISEB for Programme & Project Support Offices. He is also an expert in the use of quantitative & qualitative Risk planning and has a MOUS qualification in MS Project, and although not qualified, he has a firm understanding of the ITIL processes & procedures.
