This role is responsible for supporting, defining and implementing the governance, controls and reporting across IT. Working as part of the Governance and Compliance function to support and enable the VPs of IT, IT Directors and sub-functional teams to demonstrate the value of IT across the globeKey Responsibilities• Providing governance assurance in relation to IT Global technology costs, resources and performance delivery• Collating, validating and analysing various data sources to provide accurate data insight and reports• To support financial governance processes for controlling IT costs and headcount• To support and provide performance insight into IT, providing a 360 view• Prepare reporting packs with accurate IT performance data from a variety of sources, for circulation across IT and the wider business• Collation and analysis of various data sources- financial, headcount and performance statics and presenting in easily consumable reporting.• Create and measure performance KPIs• Review performance data – identifying trends and issues for attention, escalation and action – and provide insight based on the analysis• Work with teams across the Global IT teams to provide processes and governance approaches.• Identify areas for improvement and automation within the governance area and provide solutions to remove pain points, enhancing user experience. • Work with the wider team to ensure contractors are renewing at the correct time to mitigate risk.
