I wear a few hats in the world of R&D—each one shaping how science moves forward.• I lead the Knowledge Management team, making sure researchers have the tools and services they need to explore and innovate. From copyright compliance to mining scientific literature and managing key systems and licenses—keeping knowledge flowing.• I also track and share the story of our performance—translating complex R&D metrics into insights that leadership can act on. I use tools like Power BI and collaborate with enterprise data teams to keep everything sharp, smart, and strategic.• Most recently, I’ve taken on the role of Business System Owner for R&D’s very first generative AI application. It’s a validated platform built under agile principles, and it’s paving the way for how we integrate cutting-edge tech into the GxP space.At heart, I’m here to connect knowledge, data, and innovation—so science doesn’t just happen, it thrives.
