Chris has over 14 years of affordable housing and real estate development experience, which includes feasibility analysis, financial structuring, project management, and construction management. Chris oversees the development of projects from inception through completion, identifying and underwriting new opportunities, securing both public and private financing, obtaining entitlements and environmental approvals, and overseeing construction and lease-up. By utilizing density bonuses, tax concessions, and subsidies available for low-income housing, Chris has successfully financed and developed hundreds of units throughout California that serve seniors, veterans, residents with special needs, farm workers, students, and working families. He has worked on affordable housing developments financed with programs that include federal and state Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, USDA Section 514 and 515 loan programs, HUD RAD, FHA and USDA guaranteed loans, HOME, AHSC, IIG, NPLH, CDBG, and MHP. Chris holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
