Project lead on an initiative aimed at developing business with YPO’s thirteen founder member councils (owners).The project is being developed with two key principles in mind- External focus - treating founder members on a more bespoke/individual basis with greater focus on their specific needs- Internal focus - working with a higher degree of collaboration and alignment to meet members needs, both now and in the future.The project is being undertaken in three distinct phases as follows:Phase 1 - DIscovery (insight) phase - completed. This phase consisted of using existing customer insight and desktop analysis on key performance areas, culminating in a recommendation to introduce a new operating model.Phase 2- Development (build) phase - over an eight week period (October to December, 2023), development of the new operating model will be undertaken, aimed primarily at improving stakeholder engagement and the quality of data and management information.Phase 3 - Delivery (implementation) phase - over a twelve week period (January to March 2024) implementation of the new model will be completed consisting of the introduction of more dedicated account management and development plans, more targeted communications to membees supported by the utilisation of better management information and dashboard reporting.
