ABOUT CHRIS ANGELKOV

I am a Creative Director and Designer working across design, animation and technology. I believe in the power of design. That it can make a difference to brands, organisations, individuals, our environment and society as a whole. I value the design process and the strategic thinking that informs the way we create. I strive for technical excellence and beauty in execution. My practice has focused on challenge, finding new ways to break ground or overcome problems. Whether cognitively, technical or creative. I strive to be different. Both hands on or when leading teams, I look to explore and define the best way of achieving what’s possible and then making that a reality. I have been a Creative Director of 3 award winning design and moving image studios, I have founded a UK Top10 craft brewery and spent the gaps in between working on a variety of projects with Charities to Musicians, Universities to TIKTOK. And everything in between. Over my career I have delivered campaigns and lead teams for the world’s largest brands: Nike, The Rolling Stones, Playstation, Burberry, Jaguar, Toyota, Samsung, BBC, EE. And exhibited and talked at institutions such as: Design Museum London, ICA, Hans Christian Andersen Museum, Central Saint Martins, La Gaîté Lyrique Gallery Paris. I am most proud of: Every R&D project I have ever embarked on, completed, failed with or paid for.
