I conduct remote site surveys, program and install VoIP phone systems over the phone with clients- Working for clients across the country from small businesses to large corporations to deliver IT solutions- I remotely access routers to solve issues and I configure routers in house- I also conducted PC builds/PXE networking booting for clients- I achieved a wide array of IT skills from interacting with cloud controlled Cisco Meraki and Sonic Wall to various industry leading VoIP systems- I set up and programmed major corporations VoIP systems having to configure firewalls and routers for optimal VoIP performance with out conflicts and without effecting performance or weakening security- I developed my IT customer support skills solving clients IT problems many times a day at work.
