The Focus Group is one of the UK’s leading communications service providers.Established in 2003, we have grown organically and via acquisition, now providing a host of solutions to over businesses, supported by a team of over 1200 colleagues.Our excellence spans across a broad range of products, with a portfolio that now includes; Voice, Mobile, Data, Systems, IT, Design & Energy. To facilitate this we work with global brands such as BT, Gamma Telecom, Vodafone, O2, DWS, Cisco, Meraki, LG and Microsoft.Supported by my team I am responsible for Technology across the Group; from the underpinning tech stack, our internal development of this, our infrastructure and how we integrate this across the Group. Additionally I manage the product function, how we can introduce complimentary products to create meaningful solutions for our customers, sold well and implemented efficiently.
