An engineering manager with 27 years of management, design, construction and commercial experience in a wide range of transport infrastructure projects. My recent emphasis has been on managing design-and-construct and alliance project delivery, tunnelling risk management and solving complex technical challenges of large scale underground projects. My experience spans all phases of project delivery for a number of award-winning urban rail projects, from feasibility study, business case development, concept design, planning approval, detailed design, procurement/tender to construction.
