A highlight was leading the production for The Drum Awards for Marketing, which involved traveling to New York to manage these events- Complete creative control over The Drum TV, elevating content quality and expanding audience reach through strategic social media campaigns. Ensured all productions embodied The Drum\'s core values and distinctive voice- End-to-end delivery on all video content. Working closely with marketing and design teams to develop captivating social media promos, highlight reels and graphics-based promos, distributing them across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn while monitoring audience engagement- Staying well-organised and managing all administrative tasks diligently, using administrative tools such as Slack and Asana to streamline communication and task execution. Managed budgets, conducted risk assessments, and created comprehensive production materials including storyboards, running orders, and call sheets- Keep up to date with emerging trends, transitioned between creative and directorial roles to bring innovative visions to life, consistently delivering content that resonates with target audiences.
