I’m a results-driven professional with a foundation in medical device sales and a passion for community health development. Over the years, I’ve built expertise in relationship management, outreach strategy, and partnership development, connecting healthcare providers, community organizations, and care management teams to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.Currently, I serve as a Community Development Manager at 24 Hour Home Care, where I lead engagement and collaboration efforts across Los Angeles County to expand access to CalAIM community supports. My work focuses on bridging gaps in care, strengthening referral networks, and ensuring members receive the home- and community-based services they need to thrive safely at home.My background in medical device sales taught me how to identify client needs, deliver impactful solutions, and drive meaningful growth through strong partnerships. I now apply that same strategic approach to community health—helping organizations align around shared goals of equity, innovation, and person-centered care.I’m always open to connecting with healthcare leaders, community-based organizations, and partners interested in collaboration under CalAIM, Medi-Cal, or long-term care initiatives in Southern California.
