ABOUT CHLOE RUDKIN
In 2021 I made a huge career change after being a swimming teacher for 5 years and became an admin assistant. My duties involved general administrative tasks such as answering emails and main phone line for the whole business. I also got involved in audits and invoice inputting on sage. In 2022 I moved my career into HR. I did a very generalist HR role which was great to start my career off and build my experience. I then moved to Aria care in 2023 where I was an HR admin assistant for 6 months and then moved to become an in house recruiter and I have been really enjoying this role and starting my career in recruitment.
