Implementation and continuous improvement of Group Quality Management System to ensure fulfilment of Industry Standards and Customer Requirements.• Coordinate the Quality Management System for the grower network.• Revision/Management of Monaghan Technical Standard which sites are audited against.• Managing the roll-out of auditing software for internal audits. • Preparation of internal annual audit schedules and management of the audit team to achieve the schedule.• Completion of internal audits.• Supporting group quality functions in root cause analysis of non-conformities, gaps, risk identified and support in effective close out, corrective and preventative actions.• Report all audit findings to the relevant stakeholders.• Liaise/communicate with a range of stakeholders,(e.g. Government Bodies, Certification Bodies).• Managing the third party accreditation and customer audits/visits on all sites:(Tesco, M&S, Sainsbuys, Aldi, BRC, LEAF, Assured Produce, Soil Association, Tesco Nurture, IFS, SQF (Safe Quality Food).• Successfully implementing QMS at new production sites and seeing through external certification.• Manage supplier approval (e.g. growers, packaging, laboratory, cleaning & pest control).•Management of the group Microbiology & Pesticide Residue testing programs, root cause analyses and improvement initiatives.• Reporting back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance (including areas of concern). • Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within Monaghan Group.
