ABOUT CHIRAG B KULKARNI
4 years of HR experience. Two countries. One goal: make the people side of business run better. I started my HR career at HyperVerge, a fast-scaling tech startup in Bangalore, supporting a workforce of 500+ employees across operations, onboarding, compliance, and payroll. I built systems, launched tools (FreshWorks, Tripeur), and learned what it actually takes to keep an organization running when everything is moving fast. Then I moved to Canada, earned my Global Business Management diploma at Humber College, and dove straight back in completing an HR internship at Guhuza where I ran full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, live video interviews, and data driven hiring analysis. Here\'s what I bring to an HR team: → Full-cycle recruitment - sourcing to offer → HR operations - onboarding, payroll support, HRIS, compliance → Process improvement - I\'ve implemented new systems that reduced resolution times by 30% → Cross-cultural experience - I\'ve worked with teams across India and Canada → Data fluency - I track hiring metrics and use them to make better decisions What makes me different: I\'ve done the operational side of HR (managing 100+ NDAs, building hybrid work policies, coordinating executive travel) AND the people side (employee relations, engagement, onboarding). Most early - career HR professionals have one or the other. I\'ve had both.
