Read over all scripts and note any production-related issues.Assuming client assets, the production\'s agreed-upon overview timeline, and delivery milestonesCoordinate daily activities with other production team members, manage deadlines, people, and procedures to ensure the production is successfully managed in accordance with the previously defined schedules, updating daily and weekly as necessary. Daily evaluation of the production\'s status; flagging potential difficulties to company Executive Producers to prevent problems and maintain smooth operation from the perspectives of creative quality, schedule/budget, and crew satisfaction. Assist with day-to-day management from pre- to post-production tasks, such as overseeing crew, client interactions, artist workload, and technological issues.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production coordinators, serve as their mentor and trainer using our pipeline, and keep them informed and up to date.Assist with the development, upkeep, and revision of the show\'s various episodes. Monitor every episode/project to guarantee the highest level of quality for all shows.Closely collaborate with clients and let artists know what is required for each episode.Examine artwork and provide artists with constructive criticism. Keep an eye on personnel; conduct regular check-ins, probationary performance evaluations, and yearly performance reviews. Collaborate with series directors, supervisors, and animation directors to support the project\'s creative needs.Consult with other department heads to ascertain their needs before recommending and creating the best solution for the producers.Participate in all necessary meetings during the week, including the dailies, scrum, weekly animation reviews, continuity calls, and client calls.
