All-time audit readiness of the Quality Control Lab, highlight and mitigate the risks which could lead to critical observations during the inspections. Drafting the audit response and coordinating with CFT to provide the response within the timelines. Monitoring and follow up to close the open notification of quality control department like OOS, OOT and Deviation. Actively participating in LDM, SDP and CFT meetings to give simplification and quality notification reduction ideas. Approval of OOS, OOT preliminary investigation checklist, re-measurement and re-test plan analysis in Caliber LIMS. Deep dive into investigations to find out the most potential root cause for OOS, OOT & Deviations. Assessment and final approval of change control forms by assigning action plan tasks as recommended by CFT. Approval of protocols, reports of analytical method validations, verifications, transfer and monograph evaluations. Responsible for pre and post approval analytical instruments qualification documents like IQ, OQ & PQ. Responsible for review and approval of computerized system validation documents in e-Val system. Review and approval of validation master plan schedule in quality control department. Responsible for conducting periodic self-inspections in cross functional departments. Responsible for taking up any additional task assigned by HOD.
