With over 2 decades in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Sustaining Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), I’ve had the privilege of building teams and systems that drive performance with purpose. For me Great results come from Great people, inspired by a shared vision and trust.At Philips, I lead Global Sustaining Engineering in India — responsible for Patient Safety & Quality, Business Continuity, Lifecycle Resilience, BoM Productivity & Sustainability across a complex, regulated product portfolio. Before that, at Flex, I built one of the largest Sustaining Engineering and PLM organizations in the GCC ecosystem supporting 70+ sites, 6 Business Units which together contribute to $18B+ Revenue.What drives me is the joy of building teams, shaping careers, and nurturing culture of excellence. To me, leadership is about clarity, courage, and care — the ability to help others rise while achieving something meaningful together.
