I am a strategic finance leader operating at the intersection of high-level advisory and global-scale operational execution. My career is defined by a \"Day 1\" mentality—leveraging a foundation in Investment Banking, a Yale MBA, and McKinsey & Company consulting to solve the most complex financial and logistical puzzles in the world. Currently, I serve as the financial partner for Amazon’s North America Supply Chain Execution (SCE). I oversee the financial controllership and S & OP strategy for a network moving 40 billion units annually across 590K+ associates and hundreds of facilities in the US and Canada. My mission is to translate SCOT demand forecasts into executable fulfillment plans that balance labor capacity, transportation costs, and customer delivery speed. At this scale, resilience is the only option: I manage financial triggers where a 1% variance in the IB/OB ratio represents a $43M annual impact. I balance the financial complexities of labor capacity, transportation costs, and customer delivery speed by driving the five core operational levers that determine our total cost to serve.I lead with a focus on Learning and Being Curious to diagnose the underlying drivers of our performance. I partner across S & OP and SCOT to perform rigorous root-cause analysis, closing execution gaps in the short term while architecting the network resilience required for future growth.
