In my role, I support Agricola Mpidusa in defining and implementing marketing and communication strategies aligned with the cooperative’s commitment to sustainability and inclusion. I work closely with the internal team to develop editorial plans and targeted campaigns that highlight both the agricultural and social dimensions of the organization.Planning and management of promotional initiatives: from defining the core message to supervising multimedia content (posts, articles, landing pages, print materials).Public Relations: I cultivate relationships with local associations, media outlets, institutions, and stakeholders to foster collaborations and increase visibility for Agricola Mpidusa’s projects.Digital communication: I develop SEO and social media strategies, focusing on organic content that underscores the cooperative’s environmentally conscious mission and social impact.Events and networking: I organize training sessions, workshops, and open days, engaging partners, volunteers, and the local community to demonstrate the value of ethical, inclusive agriculture.Analysis and monitoring: I assess the outcomes of each initiative through engagement metrics and qualitative feedback, continually refining the approach to improve results.By adopting an ethical, community-centered approach, I help strengthen Agricola Mpidusa’s brand identity, increase local community participation, and promote an agricultural model that combines production, social inclusion, and environmental protection.
