Main start up goalss- Rebuilt Quality organization (150FTE): o New Organization structure at Divisional level directly reporting to Quality Dir. o Integrated management system (leading to one unique organization, taking advantage from synergies and represent a “Single Company” on the market)- Manage Change coaching and training Team Members to get ready for the new roles and challenges and address interfaces with other Functions- Bottom -up projects (technology driven) to implement production system best practices
