Strategic Content Development• Create high-impact, on-brand content across channels—web, blog, social media, press releases, email campaigns, and marketing collateral• Partner with product, sales, and leadership teams to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives• Develop customer-centric assets including case studies, articles, product presentations, and internal communications Digital Marketing & Social Media• Manage and maintain the corporate website, ensuring SEO-friendly content and consistent brand alignment• Oversee content planning and execution across social platforms, analyze performance metrics, and recommend growth strategies PR & Brand Communications• Create press materials, media outreach content, and thought leadership pieces• Monitor online brand presence and assist in managing brand reputation across channels• Contribute to internal communication efforts including employee newsletters, announcements, and leadership updates Event & Campaign Support• Assist in planning and executing virtual events, trade shows, and webinars alongside the sales and product teams• Develop event-specific marketing materials including invites, brochures, banners, and digital creatives Cross-Functional Collaboration & Sales Enablement• Develop and manage sales tools such as presentations, flyers, datasheets, and FAQs to support sales outreach• Align marketing assets with sales goals and provide timely communication support for cross-departmental initiatives• Support internal branding efforts and knowledge sharing across teams
