ABOUT CHELSEA CLERK

Oh hi! First and foremost, I am a Human Resources professional dedicated to enhancing the people experience. After obtaining my undergraduate degree in Leadership & Organizational Management, I thought \"why not try out some other avenues? The worst that can happen is I gain experience and expand my skills…\". I decided to study Accounting & stick to where I was comfortable job-wise - Customer Service. About a year later, I said goodbye to both and accepted a new challenge in Sales. Although rewarding, something still wasn\'t right for me. I decided it was time to follow what I now know as my passion. Fast forward to entering the world of HR and realizing that this is what really drives me. Our Employees are our customers, and I thrive off of helping others & seeing the impact we are capable of making. Everyday is different; I love to learn about others\' passions and ideas, and figure out ways that I can help. I am enthusiastic about growing, and gaining new skills on my HR journey. I like to stay optimistic, be empathetic, get the job done, and create genuine connections along the way. At the core, I am a loving dog mom, daughter, sister, and friend.
