Operational leader with HR Operations expertise in system implementation, vendor management, leadership, training & development, client/employee relations and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include management of the HR Service Operations team, managing all core HR operational vendors: Handbooks, HR Self-Service platform, COBRA, LogMeIn, International Payroll, Poster Compliance and Leave Management; creation and enhancement of reporting metrics, development and review of workflows and SOPs. As well as, implement Task Force teams to identify client needs, determine solutions, operational gaps and opportunities to enhance process. Accomplishments:• Managed the creation of the ESC Training Curriculum; a detailed series of courses, training binders, sample tests and peer shadowing to prepare new employees for their role within the department. This model has served as the blueprint for on-boarding within other departments in the organization. It has proven to be successful in effectively on-boarding new hires in record time.• Key member of annual Open Enrollment Planning and Implementation Project. A 12-month initiative to enhance the delivery of Client renewal (add number of clients), processing of Employee benefits, operational scalability and metrics during Open Enrollment. • Project Manager for the implementation of various systems and vendor partnerships: GoToAssist – a Live Chat and Screen Sharing application used to enhance the customer experience. HR Knowledge Cloud - a 24/7 self-service resource which provides Clients and Internal Team members with access to tools and resources, streamlined service delivery, and process continuity. COBRA vendor – a web-based vendor which allows the company to provide online COBRA services – enrollment, payments, inquiries and Open Enrollment elections.
