ABOUT JASMINE ZULAIK
I am an aspiring dermatologist and a first-year student at Trinity University in San Antonio, currently pursuing a biology undergraduate degree and a pre-med track. My passion for medicine and biology began early—I studied IB Biology in high school, attended a pre-medical program at Baylor College of Medicine, and have consistently sought opportunities to deepen my understanding of healthcare. Alongside academics, I held several leadership positions in high school, where I learned how to guide teams, communicate effectively, and turn vision into action—skills I aim to carry forward into my medical journey.Originally from Malaysia, I moved to Houston, Texas, at the age of 13, and my multicultural experiences continue to shape my perspective on healthcare and patient care.
