ABOUT CHARLOTTE ZIMMERMANN
Hi! I\'m a Customer & User Research Expert at the ZEISS Digital Partners (based in Munich, Germany), who is passionate about better understanding human needs to improve technology. I bring users at the center of strategic projects (ranging from brain tumor surgery to quality management), by empathizing with them, mostly through qualitative interviews, to define digital solutions and services that would improve their end-to-end user experience.
