Charlotte Vaksmann was appointed Head of Airbus Affairs for Pratt & Whitney in June 2025. Based in Toulouse, she drives the company’s strategic partnership with Airbus across major programs and functions - engineering, operations, customer support, commercial, and executive alignment. She also serves as General Manager of Pratt & Whitney France and oversees the French legal entity, ensuring operational alignment with RTX and supporting regional priorities across the region.She previously led the Marketing & Sales Operations organization for Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines, where she was responsible for sales enablement, customer strategy, and campaign execution with key airframers and airline customers.Charlotte has built her career across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, holding leadership roles at Airbus, Collins (RTX), Haynes International, and Chromalloy. She is recognized for forging high-value partnerships with OEMs, airlines, and lessors, and for leading high-performing global teams in complex environments.Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she holds dual French-American citizenship. She currently chairs the Connect Committee of the International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA) and actively mentors emerging leaders in the industry
