ABOUT CHARLOTTE RUDMAN

Research has been at the core of my multifaceted career in academia, higher education, heritage environments, training and development and retail and technology. I was recently awarded a PhD from King’s College London for a thesis entitled ‘Listening to Dreams: Sound in Chaucer’s Dream Vision Poetry’. I have presented on related topics at both national and international academic conferences and on BBC Radio. Alongside my academic work, I have built successful social media campaigns using archival materials for The Foundling Museum, and have devised public events using the special collections and archives at UCL and King’s College London. I believe that my academic specialisms, alongside my skills in networking, event planning and heritage-sector experiences, mean I will bring practical expertise to my next role. This is in addition to my customer service, leadership, retail and technology experience built over nine years at Apple. I have been a Specialist, an Expert and am currently in the role of Genius demonstrating my skill in sales and attachment rates alongside technical ability and problem solving. I have also had career experiences as a Training Lead, as a Lead Genius, and most recently as a Schedule Planner, highlighting my leadership skills, strategic thinking and team management support.
