I am a Senior Associate in Clyde & Co\'s Insurance, Financial and Professional Disputes team, based in Edinburgh. I specialise in commercial disputes and the defence of professional negligence claims against architects, surveyors, insurance brokers and solicitors. My dual-qualification in Scots law, and the law of England & Wales, ensures I can provide advice across both jurisdictions. Beyond my main areas of legal practice, I have knowledge and experience of animal law issues. I am interested in the development of animal law in Scotland, the UK and worldwide, as well as protection of wildlife and the natural environment. I hold an LL.M in Animal Law from Lewis & Clark Law School (2023).
