Leads and manages a cross functional team of over 14+ Pega developers, testers, 508 testers, Business Analysts, a Product Owner, and a technical lead for 5 distinct case management applications to develop Enterprise Case Management (ECM) products that transform IRS processes from paper applications to a Pega Case Management process to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and protect the integrity of IRS services. • Successfully deployed 1 feature, 8 User Stories, and 32 story points within 4 weeks of receiving updated PI priorities for the Mid PI Release to meet the business customer need and transform their paper application process to a digital online form to reduce human error, risk to the IRS, and increase governance within the organization with 0 defects in production. • Led and successfully delivered over 11 features, over 44 User Stories, and 168 story points for 5 unique Enterprise Case Management products for 5 different stakeholder groups to successfully deploy all 5 products within one 12-week PI.
