Responsible for working with Distribution partner on Sales & Marketing of Tarkett resilient and soft surface products such as carpet tile, vinyl sheet, rubber, LVT & VCT. • Work with Distributor to implement plans for price quotes, job tracking, incentive programs and inventory levels while driving and growing profitable sales of all products. • Regularly supervise and travel with 10 distribution and 3 Tarkett Sales Representatives in the territory while assisting with sales functions including knowledge of resilient products, stocking programs, specifications of goods on projects and claims assessment to hit sales goals and budget forecasts. • New Business development while maintaining and growing current business and being the trusted source of product knowledge and information for our customers
