My role focuses on delivering business-critical outcomes across digital, infrastructure, and customer-facing domains - from modernising legacy platforms to enabling unified product and service experiences across mobile, broadband, energy, and business customers.I work across teams to ensure we’re solving the right problems, aligning on value, and moving with clarity and urgency. This includes shaping multi-stream programmes, overseeing delivery, removing blockers and embedding new ways of working that support agility at scale.Recently transitioned into this role after leading the successful delivery of our Hyperscale initiative, a foundational platform transformation that unlocked scalability, resilience, and faster time to market for 2degrees\' future state.
