I am an experienced client services professional, skilled in developing and growing accounts, building strategic partnerships and managing budgets and financial performance. Having founded and led my own agency, I bring a deep understanding of the commercial side of business, ensuring a balance of client success and profitability. I am also passionate about people leadership, development and mentoring, holding a Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching to support the development of those around me. I’m proud to have been the Founder and Director of Eventure, a multi award winning staffing agency, servicing clients such as Cvent, American Express, GES and Velux. We were recognised by Conference News as Start-Up Agency of the Year in both 2021 and 2022 as well as by the Federation of Small Businesses as Start-Up Business of the Year in 2022. Listed as a top UK Challenger Agency in 10th place on the C & IT State of Industry Report for 2022 and finalists at the CN Agency Awards for Employer of the Year and the David & Goliath Award 2023.
