ABOUT CHARLES KENT

I am an operational resilience specialist with experience of managing, coordinating and/or reviewing all aspects within financial services organisations. I have over 15 years’ experience working in operational risk, disaster recovery, business continuity, IT risk assurance, technology resilience and application stability. I have a good understanding of IT risk management and extensive experience of IT service management processes.I have developed policies, standards, and risk / control frameworks. I have defined risk metrics, risk controls and how to demonstrate / assess compliance with each.
