ABOUT CHARLES YARBOROUGH
Charles M. Yarborough, MD, MPH, FACOEM, FACPM, is Board-certified in Occupational Medicine and Internal Medicine. He has extensive experience in the practice of clinical and administrative medicine and developing effective health promotion initiatives. Prior to founding his firm, Dr. Yarborough was director for medical strategies of Lockheed Martin Corporation, responsible for population health and health promotion for the company\'s healthcare plan and for managing 24 on-site clinics. Dr. Yarborough holds active medical licenses in multiple states. As well as having published many peer-review articles, being a reviewer for several prominent medical journals and serving as the book column editor of the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (JOEM), he has been invited to speak at many U.S. and international meetings. Dr. Yarborough was a multi-term member of the board of directors and is past President of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM). Dr. Yarborough is an expert medical consultant primarily for asbestos claims, medical causation, epidemiology, predicted life expectancy, and occupational health operations.
