I started my career in government, where I shaped much of the technology policy debate in my roles at the Senate Commerce Committee and Office of Rep. Anna Eshoo. In my role at Yahoo, I drove policy communications and began developing expertise in corporate communications while shepherding Verizon\'s acquisition of the company. While at Verizon, I continued my work in corporate communications for the company\'s digital media unit consisting of over 20 technology & media brands, including Yahoo, AOL, TechCrunch & Tumblr. I was an advisor to executives, handled issues and reputation management, and architected a new narrative to re-position the emerging business line. During my time at Opendoor, I built a team from the ground up, led expansion of the product suite to over 50 U.S. markets, and spearheaded communications through the company\'s SPAC process. I oversaw Opendoor\'s corporate communications, which includes financial, executive, product & tech, partnerships and corporate affairs.I currently lead Joby Aviations global communications team.
