I’m a Talent Development leader with over 15 years’ experience partnering with business functions to provide creative solutions that address pressing global business challenges, measurably grow inclusion, engagement & productivity, and drive inclusion goals. Key Impact• At Branch, I laid the foundation for their L&D function including leading their first competency-based leadership development program. • At McDonald’s, I reached 800+ Global Directors with synchronous learning and 6,500+ participants in 12 countries with on-demand learning and resources as part of my structured, global learning strategy to activate DEI corporate priorities.• At Shure, after a corporate-wide needs assessment, I built the Learning COE, launching a centralized learning hub (LMS and LXP) across 32 countries, accessed by 90% of employees, and implemented the first manager training program globally. • At IOR, I partnered with global Fortune 500+ clients like Walmart, Starbucks, Alliance and Walgreens to develop unique intercultural learning solutions.
