Financial Analyst – Commercial Operations- Manage weekly invoicing, re-invoicing, credit/debit note issuance, and monthly retroactive adjustments- Process and review fiscal cancellations directly through the SAT (Mexican Tax Authority) portal to ensure regulatory compliance- Request accounting provisions for retroactive adjustments in coordination with the Accounting team- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to reduce overdue portfolios through follow-ups, account analysis, and corrective actions- Utilize SAP for financial transactions and Excel for data analysis and financial reporting- Coordinate with commercial and administrative teams across Mexico and the U.S. to support cross-border operational alignment.Investment Controller – Research and Development (R&D)- Oversee the full investment cycle for R&D projects, from capital request to asset capitalization- Configure project investment structures in SAPHIR (SAP) based on Electronic Capital Requests (ECR) submitted by cost center leaders- Review purchase carts to validate technical and financial details prior to acquisition- Notify the Accounting team of the asset’s useful life to initiate capitalization and depreciation processes- Monitor both new and existing assets to ensure traceability, budget adherence, and compliance with internal policies- Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Project Management teams to maintain transparency and efficiency throughout the investment lifecycle.
