Project Management (both internal and external).• Client relations—I work with our clients to ensure that we are delivering the product they\'ve been dreaming about, but it doesn\'t just end there. I am lucky enough to also work in marketing and therefore if our clients take us on as their marketing team, I am able to continue working with them well after their product has been delivered. Building relationships with my clients is what I live for!• I manage our growing marketing team as well. My primary responsibility here is to create innovative and strategic plans for our company and our clients and to organize our daily workflows to ensure we meet deadlines and are taking the appropriate time to brainstorm and continuously learn and grow.• Development & creation of processes & templates to enhance workflow, productivity, and organization. I work with every single department in the office, which means that I am constantly thinking of new ways we can improve our processes (and speed up/enhance our workflows). We are always looking to innovate and adapt in order to make things more efficient for each other and for our clients.• Creative service work including copy and blog writing, social media management, and email marketing campaigns. • I hop in and do development and design tasks to keep things moving along smoothly within our company when needed. It\'s a pleasure to learn new things and have such a supportive team that allows for this kind of flexibility/learning opportunities within the workplace.

I love to read, dance, learn different languages, and travel. I\'m often referred to as a \"born leader\" and am naturally put in charge due to my project management skills but I love nothing more than joining my team in a powerful brainstorming session. I find inspiration in working with others and am grateful to be surrounded by talented colleagues and peers. As a manager, I think it\'s important to advocate for your team and create a positive culture both in and outside of the office.
