My mission as an Executive Coach is to support and encourage clients to breakthrough real or perceived limits to their success and impact as a leader and to recognize opportunities for continued professional and personal growth. I believe that an authentic investment, empowerment and trust in those with whom we work drives ultimate business innovation and success. Throughout my 30+ year business career, I relished developing high performing leadership teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and promoting the advancement of numerous individuals into progressively demanding and highly visible leadership roles within the organization. It is this intersection of my business experience and passion for leadership mentoring, growth and development that served as the catalyst for establishing my coaching practice, Impact Executive Coaching. In addition, I serve as a Senior Advisor with LHH’s prestigious International Center for Executive Options (ICEO). In both capacities, I am privileged to support senior executives as they achieve their envisioned goals in alignment with core values related to organizational, professional and personal priorities. My partnership with clients is based on a foundation of mutual appreciation, trust, and transparency. It is tremendously satisfying to experience shifts in perspectives and a commitment to the growth and success they envision.
