A Motion Control professional with 15+ years of application experience in different industry verticals. Since July started working with Delta Tau 4/8 Axis PMAC - Programmable Multi Axes Controller and then, have worked on different PLCs, Servo Motion Control Systems, Electrical Drives, AC/DC/Servo Motors and have developed many Machine programs with different Control Systems. Have led many projects from initial startup to commissioning including FAT/SAT. Have Designed Control Panels, Prepared BOM, Motor selection and sizing, Listing Critical points, Regressive Testing and Validation. Project Engineering: Have performed many projects consisting Electronic Control systems with associated Electric motors, Hydraulics, Pneumatic connected with the mechanics of the machine systems. Programming Skills: Have developed Motion applications in IEC 61131-3 languages consisting of Ladder(LBD), Functional(FBD),ST, Basic Machine Language and ANSI-C Programing. Industrial Communications: Starting with the PC serial ports RS-232, RS-485, Peer to peer, CAN, SSCNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, CoE communication protocols, have worked in Ethernet (TCP/IP, Modbus, PowerLink) and EtherCAT Network. Have individually represented Northern India and been part of Marketing and Sales Activities. Actively participated in industrial exhibitions and arranged road shows. Generating business leads. Have worked on many projects in different industry verticals like Printing, Packaging, Steel, Paper, Textile, Pharma, FMCG, Automobiles, etc Manuals, Drawings, Training, Presentations and Demo given to various clients.
