Develop and implement innovative and effective communication strategies to improve the visibility of organization on various platforms. • Develop monthly Internal and bi-monthly external newsletters • Provide necessary support required from Communications in developing various reports, documents, designing and printing of internal publications, posters, presentations, films etc. • Coordination with Programme Development & Support Unit and external consultant(s) to develop annual report publication. • Work closely with 9 Regional Offices located across Nepal, India and Sri Lanka and identify communication gaps, build capacities and systems to increase the quality and quantity of content flow about Aide et Action programmes, campaigns and public activities across South Asia. • Generate necessary Support and linkages with Aide et Action International consistently. • Identify stories and issues that best highlight Aide et Action programme, fundraising, policy and campaign objectives to push to local, regional, and national level. • Maintain the AEA South Asia website and use of new media tools to communicate and engage the public and key stakeholders in AEA South Asia’s strategic objectives, activities and achievements. • Establish and maintain good relations with target media contacts, other stakeholder groups including regional offices, NGOs, other civil society action groups in order to achieve the campaign, programme and policy objectives in South Asia Region. • Integrate communications strategies with Resource Mobilization and Brand Building initiatives to ensure optimal use of all communications channels available to Aide et Action South Asia to create visibility and brand building • Budget Management

I have 17+ years of experience in the field of Development Communications and Media. I have experience in Program Communication (developing program communication strategy and communication materials), Organization Branding, Production of Documentary Films (conceptualizing, research, pre-production, scripting, production, direction, editing) Trainings and workshops (identifying training needs, conceptualizing, preparation of materials, co-coordination and review of the training program), Internal and External Communications (Execution of high visibility print and media events, production of publicity material, publication of in-house newsletters), Public and Media Relations (Liaising with the Media, Press, Government Agencies, NGOs, Advertising agencies and other suppliers for effective implementation of projects).
