As District Manager at ASG Eye Hospitals, I lead the implementation of a major eye healthcare initiative in collaboration with the Government of Bihar – Health Department under the Public-Private Partnership model.I oversee operations across 11 Vision Centres spanning Samastipur and Vaishali districts, ensuring the delivery of accessible, affordable, and high-quality eye care services to rural communities.My role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and coordination with government health officials to strengthen community-based eye care systems. I manage multidisciplinary teams of Optometrists, Ophthalmic Assistants, and Vision Technicians, driving performance, outreach, and patient outcomes.Through this initiative, I aim to bridge gaps in rural eye healthcare and contribute to the state’s mission of reducing avoidable blindness and improving community health standards.
