Hello connection\'s I am Chandan Rokde and I have done my B-TECH Engineering from Mechanical stream.* I have five years of experience in Core steel fabrication sector(Steel Structural & Bridge fabrication work).* Currently I am associated with SISCOL (Steel Infra solution Company Ltd) formerly know as (Steel Infra Solution Pvt Ltd ) working in production department as a production Engineer.* Reading all 2D Industrial Engineering drawing, also have a good knowledge about RDSO and ROB (Road over Bridge) Girders EDFC,WDFC, DBL, RUNGTA MINES,BSG PATNA, L&T CMRCL( 8 span), KEC OWG( 2 span),KEC CMRCL(2 span), HYDROCARBON,ITPL (33Mtr, 44Mtr, 47.5Mtr, 37Mtr, 57Mtr, 100 Mtr), like Composite, open web girder, and Bowstring girders also have a good knowledge of NDT L-ll ( DPT, RT, MT, UT ) test\'s.* Assessing Productivity and take corrective action if required to obtaining optimum output of the assigned ( Manpower, Material and Equipment) in the project.* Kaizen Expertise with implementation. 5\'s Coordinator, 7Qc tools, Poka-yoke, awareness and Guider.* Shift Handling capability with maintaining all the professional documents as well as calculate data of RPH, CLITA,CLR, OLE.* Maintaining and daily basic auditing of SC(Significant Characteristics) and CC (Critical Characteristics)as per government norms and safety purposes.* Experienced in top MNC company and having technical and practical knowledge of Automotive Engine Testing like 2DI, 4DI, 6DI, CRDI, BHL, TYM,MYM Engines with higher HP 120 and lower HP 47.* Experienced in Top MNC(Multi-National Company) Automotive windshield glass, Temper glass Quality inspection and line inspector as well Customer rent dealing.* Operations of SPM, CNC, VMC machines.Installation of AMG( Asia Machine group) Taiwan, China Controller.* Operations of FSC6500D model AMG which is a Multifunctional functional machine having Plasma, oxy- fuel, Drilling operations. plasma works on the principle of VWI (Vented water injector).* Plasma Cutting operation voltage we have 300 XPR Hypertherm source.* It will give high productivity with minimizing cost, unmatched reliability, unmatched flexibility and high durability.* Making Manually programmed by Editing as well by CAD-CAM software.* Good hand on MS Excel, MS office, and PowerPoint.
