Responsible for all financial and human resources operations of a philanthropy serving organization• Support budget development with President & CEO and manage annual budget• Provide financial guidance to President & CEO, staff board finance committee, and serve as primary staff contact for board Treasurer, convening monthly meetings of board’s finance committee and attending all meetings of the Board of Directors• Carry out and oversee all financial activities, including maintain cash flow; prepare grant applications and reports; maintain donor records and restrictions on contributed income; prepare monthly balance sheet & profit/loss statement; perform bank reconciliations; process payroll; and coordinate annual audit• Engage in programmatic activities of the organization, where appropriate, including co-presenting member workshops on sound capitalization and other financial matters, and writing for the organization’s blog• Perform all HR functions, including benefit administration, federal and state reporting, and maintenance of all records• Manage office and internal communications, as well as policies and procedures; maintain office space and equipment, including purchases, leases, capital acquisitions, and vendor relations; oversee Membership Manager and Senior Development Manager as relates to registration for annual conference
