We transform the future of the hospitality from the inside out, with an open technology platform and APIs that accelerates innovation.As Talent Acquisition Partner, my main responsibilities are: • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires. • Candidate Sourcing: Use various tools and platforms to identify, attract, and engage top talent. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. • Employer Branding: Enhance Apaleo’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and ensure a strong presence in the talent market. • Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate decisions with hiring teams. • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and ensure inclusive hiring practices in recruitment strategies. • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness. • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies in recruitment processes. • Training and Support: Support and coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate experience. • Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and time to hire.
