ABOUT CHAD MILLEN

I am a senior engineering and technology leader focused on scaling software organizations through the most demanding stages of growth.As part of the executive team, I work closely across the business to ensure engineering delivers customer value that drives growth and trust. I do this by developing strong engineering leaders, establishing clear operating models, and putting the structures in place for teams to sustain velocity, security, and performance as the organization scales.I am deeply invested in how teams grow and develop. My leadership style emphasizes empathy, clarity, and high standards, with a strong focus on product partnership and creating an environment where engineers can move quickly while maintaining quality, reliability, and accountability.My technical background is rooted in building and scaling SaaS platforms. A core part of this work has been establishing strong data foundations and embedding AI capabilities directly into product workflows to expand customer value, improve automation, and support better decision making. I have also operated extensively in highly regulated environments where security, privacy, and governance are foundational and shape how I design systems and manage risk as platforms scale.Over my career, I have led and scaled engineering organizations of more than 100 engineers across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting businesses ranging from approximately $15M to $5B in annual revenue. I have managed operating budgets of up to $28M to support organizations of 275 team members globally.
